Third World Conference Foundation (TWCF) is a non-profit and nonpartisan organization. In TWCF's 36th year, the organization focuses on development and change by utilizing innovative concepts, strategies, and analysis to implement programs. TWCF presents conferences, discussions, peer-review publications, and consultancies. TWCF engages a community of academics, career professionals, students and interested individuals from various institutions and backgrounds working towards social change.
