The Eighth-Session Social Work & Addictions Counseling Series*

is a collaborative program by Harold Washington College (HWC), one of the City Colleges of Chicago, and the 32nd Annual TWCF Conference.

HWC is registered with the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulations as a Social Work Continuing Education sponsor and is also certified as an Addictions Counseling agency with Illinois Addictions and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association (IAODAPCA).

The Third World Conference Foundation (TWCF) is a non-profit independent educational organization that provides interdisciplinary and intercultural conferences and workshops.

Upon request, CEU Credits and Certificates Awarded Social Workers can earn up to 12 hours of continuing education.  Addiction counselors can earn three CEUs.  Certificates of attendance will be awarded at the end of each session.

Credits and Certificates Awarded

Social Workers can earn up to 12 hours of continuing education.  Addictions counselors can earn three CEUs.

Certified attendance will be awarded at the end of each session attended by professional attending the Workshops.

The Cost: $300 for the Eight –Session Social Work & Addictions Series*, $200 two sessions and $100 for a single session.  *$300 includes luncheons on March 16, 17.

Who Should Attend: Professionals seeking a combination of cutting edge theory and practice will find the conference program of particular interest.
